  • Single Arm:

  1. The single-arm portal crane is mainly used in small- and medium-sized ports for loading and unloading bulk materials. Its lightweight design and low wheel pressure help reduce infrastructure investment while delivering significant economic benefits.

  2. The crane adopts either rack-type luffing or wire-rope luffing (block-and-tackle) mechanisms, enabling load luffing, horizontal movement, slewing, and lifting operations in any position. Coordinated luffing motions ensure smooth, stable, and efficient operation.

  3. The crane can be equipped with hooks or grabs to meet different material-handling requirements.

  • Four-Bar Combination:

  1. This type of portal crane is a mobile, full-revolving crane with a four-bar linkage design. Its boom system and counterweight are well balanced to ensure stable and efficient operation.

  2. The crane is available with two types of portal frames: a cylindrical column type and a four-outrigger type. It is designed for handling containers and can be equipped with hooks or grabs to meet different lifting requirements.

  3. With its long outreach, the crane is suitable for servicing large vessels. It features an attractive appearance, advanced performance, and durable construction. Safe, reliable operation and convenient maintenance make it an ideal solution for comprehensive ports handling multiple types of cargo.

  4. Adopts a four-link combined boom structure with a cylindrical gantry, ensuring stable and efficient operation.

  5. Equipped with a large slewing bearing, allowing operation with both hooks and grabs across various working ranges.

  6. Capable of lifting corresponding loads during horizontal luffing and full 360° slewing.

  7. Hoisting, luffing, and slewing mechanisms can operate independently or in coordinated combination.

  8. The entire portal crane can travel in a straight line along horizontally laid rails.

  9. All operating mechanisms use AC variable-frequency drives, while the crane is controlled by a PLC system featuring full stepless speed regulation and comprehensive fault monitoring.

  10. The operator’s cab is fitted with an intelligent monitoring and control display that enables real-time fault detection, troubleshooting guidance, dynamic operation status visualization, safety alarms, and lubrication and maintenance management support.
