Crane Reducers

  • Introduction:

The gearbox reducers are used for bridge cranes, gantry cranes, suspension cranes, electric hoists, jib cranes, port cranes, for crane traveling, trolley traveling, hoisting, jib rotation, etc. We have all kinds of standard and non-standard reducers from China brands and World brands such as Siemens, SEW, etc.

The reducer for cranes is developed based on the medium hard tooth surface reducer for cranes. For example, the QY series reducer includes two series of hard tooth surface reducers for cranes, QYS (three fulcrum) and QYD (base type). It has three levels, four levels, and a combination of three and four levels.

  • Specifications:

  • Circumferential speed of the gear ≤20m/s;

  • High-speed shaft speed ≤1500r/min;

  • Working environment temperature is -40~+45 ℃;

  • Rotate in both forward and reverse directions.

  • Features:

  • Used for transmission equipment of mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, building material and light industry, etc.

  • Steel plate welding, the casing is annealed and stress relieved, and the gears are made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel. The tooth surface is carburized and quenched, and processed by grinding. The product quality is stable and the performance is reliable.

  • Good mechanical strength specially used for cranes.

  • Can be used in mechanism of lifting, traveling, rotating and amplitude.

  • High load-bearing capacity. The gears are processed by carburization, quenching, and grinding, and their load-bearing capacity is significantly improved compared to gear reducers with quenched and tempered soft and medium hard tooth surfaces.

  • Small in size and light in weight. Compared with soft tooth surface and medium hard tooth surface reducers, reducers with the same load-bearing capacity can reduce the number of equivalent machine seats by 2-4.

  • High efficiency, low noise, and low vibration. The use of gear grinding has improved the accuracy level, and the gears have undergone edge trimming. The comprehensive efficiency of each gear level is 0.98, and the vibration and noise are significantly reduced.

  • Adopting multiple levels to reduce single stage speed ratio. Can widen the center distance, reduce the overall height of the reducer, and meet the requirements of various mechanisms of the crane; The maximum nominal transmission ratio of the reducer reaches 400, which meets the requirements of a slow speed crane.

  • The three-point reducer can be installed vertically, horizontally, or even at a certain angle, making it convenient and flexible.
