LD Single Girder Overhead Crane

  • Introduction:

Model LD single girder overhead bridge crane is a simple and widely used lifting crane, and its lifting device is the Model CD1 and MD1 electric wire rope hoists. So it can be single-speed or double-speed. The crane can be controlled from the ground with a wired pendant or wireless remote control,  or in the control room, which are 2 options for customers.

1. Lifting capacity: 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 16, 20, 25, 32 tons (or customized according to actual requirements);

2. Span: 7.5m-34.5m (or customized according to actual requirements);

3. Lifting height: customized according to actual requirements;

4. Work duty: A3~A5;

5. Working environment temperature: -25 ° C to 40 ° C.

  • Application:

LD single girder bridge cranes are commonly used in mechanical manufacturing, assembly workshops, and warehouses. If it is equipped with a motor grab as a lifting device, it can be used for loading, unloading, and handling loose particles. It is not suitable for working in environments with explosive or fire hazards, in places with high humidity, or filled with acidic or alkaline gases. It can not be used for transporting dissolved metals, toxic substances, and flammable and explosive materials.

  • Structural Advantages:

1. The main girder of this crane e is a box-shaped and I-beam welded structure, which has the advantages of a beautiful appearance and small volume while ensuring strength, stiffness, and stability.

2. The connection between the girder and end carriages adopts a split structure, which is convenient for transportation and installation.

3. This crane has two control forms: ground and control room. The control room is equipped with two types: open and closed, and there are two types of entry directions: side and end, which is optional for customers.
