Power Festoon System

Introduction:

The festoon system is a crucial part of power supply system for overhead crane or gantry crane. It is a cable management system that supplies electrical power (and often control/signals) to a moving crane or hoist. It keeps flexible cables neatly supported and protected while allowing long travel distances — typically by suspending conductors on trolleys or rollers that run along a runway or support rail.
