The main models of double-girder overhead cranes include QD, LH, QE, QZ, QC, QA, QN, QP, QS, XQD, etc. Their specifications are mainly determined by four key parameters: lifting capacity, span, lifting height, and duty class.

Model Designation and Naming Rules
The model is generally composed of a type code + main parameters (lifting capacity / span) + duty class.
Q: Overhead Crane
D: Hook type, single trolley
H: Electric hoist
E: Double trolley
Z: Grab bucket
C: Electromagnetic chuck
A: Electromagnetic + hook
N: Grab bucket + hook
P: Grab bucket + electromagnetic
S: Three functions (hook + grab + electromagnetic)
X: European-style / new design
Example: QD 32/5 – 25.5 A5
QD: Hook-type double-girder overhead crane
32/5: Main hook 32t, auxiliary hook 5t
25.5: Span 25.5m
A5: Duty class A5
Main Models and Applications
QD Type (General Hook Double-Girder Crane)
Lifting capacity: 5t to 500t
Span: 10.5m to 31.5m (customizable)
Lifting height: 6m to 22m (customizable)
Duty class: A3–A7
Application: General lifting in machining, assembly, metallurgy, warehouses, ports, etc.
LH Type (Electric Hoist Double-Girder Crane)
Lifting capacity: 1t to 32t
Light to medium duty
Suitable for light workshops and small-load handling
QE Type (Double-Trolley Double-Girder Crane)
Equipped with two trolleys for synchronous lifting
Ideal for long and heavy workpieces such as steel beams and large equipment
QZ Type (Grab Bucket Double-Girder Crane)
Used for bulk materials such as coal, ore, sand, and grain
QC Type (Electromagnetic Double-Girder Crane)
Used for lifting steel plates, scrap iron, and other ferrous materials
QA / QN / QP / QS (Multi-Function Cranes)
Combined functions: hook, grab bucket, electromagnetic chuck
Suitable for mixed material handling in complex working conditions
XQD Type (European-Style Double-Girder Crane)
Light weight, low headroom, low wheel load
High efficiency, energy-saving, stable performance
Widely used in modern workshops and high-standard industrial sites
Key Selection Parameters
Lifting capacity: Maximum weight to be lifted
Span: Distance between the center lines of the two main beams
Lifting height: Vertical distance from the hook’s lowest point to the ground
Duty class: A3 (light), A4–A5 (medium), A6–A7 (heavy)
Operation modes: cabin control, pendant control, wireless remote control
