Project Background & Challenges:

The customer’s existing factory building had limited beam headroom. Conventional standard overhead cranes could not be installed due to height restrictions, which greatly restricted the workshop’s lifting operation efficiency. The client required a space-saving crane solution to maximize the utilization of the limited plant space while ensuring stable and safe daily lifting work.

Customized Solutions & Technical Adaptation:

We adopted a customized European-style low-headroom electric hoist structure, which effectively reduces the overall installation height of the crane. The dual-control system of wired handle and wireless remote improves operation flexibility. The equipment is fully adapted to the local 415V 50Hz power grid and African industrial working conditions, with stable speed regulation and reliable safety protection devices.

Project Results & Customer Feedback:

The equipment was successfully delivered and put into operation in 2026. It has been running stably without failure, fully meeting the customer’s daily production and lifting requirements. Satisfied with the product quality and customized service, the customer placed a repeated order for another 5-ton overhead crane for workshop expansion.
